Mill types
Rebar mills
Conventional mills, the multi-slit process for higher output by longitudinally splitting the stock, and high-speed bar delivery (HSD) for small sizes.
Wire rod mills
Wire rod in standard, quality and special grades, with finishing blocks, laying head and controlled cooling.
Special bar quality mills (SBQ)
Bars for the automotive and engineering sectors with tight tolerances, defined microstructure and full inspection.
Bar coiler lines (Garret coiler)
Bar in coil for further processing, for instance in drawing or cold forming.
Spooler lines
Compact, heavy spools, mainly of rebar in coil for downstream processing in bending shops.
Light section mills
Merchant bar such as angles, channels, flats and squares.
